Woodlands Signature Treatments
A deep tissue upper body massage with warm towels and essential oils.
This massage will –
- enhance performance in this activity;
- facilitate faster, more efficient recovery from golfing;
- reduce the risk of injury; and
- accelerate recovery from an injury.
A full body exfoliation with sugar salt crystals, combined with a relaxing application of body lotion that leaves your skin soft and silky.
Perfect for those hot tub moments.
Pre-Wedding or Photoshoot Beauty Prep
We would suggest a gentle and deep cleansing treatment to avoid any redness on the day.
If possible, try to have this teatment the day before the event.
As well as preparing the skin with amazing, skin specific products we will perform naturally face lifting massage techniques that can improve the appearance of dark lines and wrinkles and sculpt the cheekbones and chin.
A cooling rose quarts mask can also work wonders on smoothing bags around the eye area.
Enter a peaceful room deeply scented with relaxing essential oils.
The treatment journey begins with peaceful, guided meditation, reflexology and breathing techniques.
Relaxing massage oil is drizzled over the skin, and every inch of the body is massaged, including stress relieving points on the head, face, neck and back.
Our skilled therapists harness the very best techniques of Holistic, Sweedish, Deep Tissue and Indian Head Massage.

Tonight was everything I needed and more , opened a “box” to a moment in time I had long forgotten . So relaxed it took me back and I was able to recall every small detail of a spot I was at over 20 years ago .
A massage from a text book will never give you that , you need someone that will listen , that will work with YOUR body and soul , that you trust and a setting and space where you feel free to let yourself go and just be at peace for a while.
One of my good habits, I’ve never had the same experience twice , tonight’s softer , gentler version with some reflexology and Indian head massage made me see myself and my reflection in the mirror after very differently - caught by the look of someone “new” that I was able to love again , maybe.
The new setting was perfect and I am so lucky to have discovered the “secret” of holistic therapy , it was too long since my last so looking forward to next month already.

First full body massage with Aileen today, from the minute I walked into her lovely room I felt more relaxed, there was a lovely lavender scent and relaxing music and Aileen is very knowledgeable about holistic care. Aileen had her work cut out due to the knots in my back, but the massage was so relaxing and therapeutic, I think I drifted off to sleep for a few minutes, the most relaxed I've been in a very long time. I would definitely recommend an hour with Aileen to help with holistic health and wellbeing, thank you 🙏🏻
